To ensure optimal results, it’s recommended to inject B12 daily or once-a-week for at least four weeks, at which point injection frequency can be decreased to once a month. Your red blood cells have a lifespan of approximately 90 days. By injecting daily or once-a-week , you allow enough time for all malformed red blood cells to be replaced by healthy ones over the course of three months.
