Return Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, our return policy is outlined below.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window for all products. The 14 days begin from the date your item is delivered.
- Gift Purchases: For items purchased as gifts, we will extend the return window to 30 days from the original purchase date. Please notify us at the time of purchase if it is a gift. 
Policy for Returns
1. Unopened & Unused Products If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may return it within the 14-day window for a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Opened or Gently Used Products We understand that you may need to try a product to determine if it is right for you. We will accept returns for opened products under the following conditions:
- Reason: The return must be due to an allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or general dissatisfaction with the product. 
- Condition: The product must be "gently used" (e.g., no more than 25% of the product has been consumed). 
- Refund Type: At our discretion, returns for gently used products will be eligible for store credit or a partial refund. 
We reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been more than 25% used.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@lunaaesthetics.ca within the 14-day window, or visit us at our location. 
- Please provide your Order Number and a brief reason for the return (e.g., reaction, not as expected). 
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to complete the return in store. 
Please Note:
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. 
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Cancellation Notice We respectfully request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 10 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
How to Cancel or Reschedule You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by:
- Calling our clinic directly. 
- Responding to your appointment confirmation email or text. 
- Emailing us at info@lunaaesthetics.ca. 
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. 
- Clients who miss their appointment without providing any prior notification ("no-show") may also be subject to the cancellation
